Creates the directory object WFCJADMIN and performs a binary write to fclasses.bin

Can only be run in a PDB

exec jvmfcb.init('/u01/app/oracle/admin/wfcj');
 
PUT
Writes the buffer to fclasses.bin initialized by INIT jvmfcb.put(buff IN RAW);
